Abstract
Abstract: The essay discusses the moral conflicts which occur in the aftermath of the collaps of totalitarian regimes. The question is whether the evils perpetrated under murderous political regimes can, should or will punished, whether people who were responsible for murder, kidnap, mass incarceration and discrimination or else can, will or should pay for that what they have committed.;
