Abstract

This technical documentation describes the macroeconomic model of the Austrian economy developed by a team of researchers from the Institute for Advanced Studies in Vienna as a part of a broader research agenda studying the effects of exogenous shocks on the Austrian economy. Parts of this technical documentation closely resemble the model descriptions available in previous studies, see Koch and Molnarova (2020) and Koch et al. (2019).
ATMOD is a state-of-the-art multi-industry New Keynesian dynamic stochastic general equilibrium (DSGE) model of a small open economy within the Euro Area.
