Die Bundesregierung hat mit 16. März 2020 drastische Maßnahmen zur Bekämpfung der Ausbreitung des neuartigen Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 getroffen. Sie sollen den Kontakt der Menschen zueinander minimieren und so die Ausbreitung eindämmen. In einem gewissen Gegensatz dazu stehen scheinbar die absoluten Fallzahlen: Am Freitag, den 13. März, waren es doch erst 504 Fälle? Selbst am dritten Tag der Verordnungen des Sozialministeriums zum COVID-19 Gesetz, waren es erst 1.471. Sind die Maßnahmen also überzogen?
