Zwei Fallstudien zur politischen Kultur

Abstract: A concept of political culture that is based upon cognitive elements and beliefs, is questionable as attitudes towards politics are often unstable. Moreover, in case studies we get a conception of how politics is embedded in the lifeworld that makes the idea of an evaluation of political objects appear problematic. Therefore, the proposition is made to focus more upon democratic principles of problem solving in everyday life when investigating democratic culture.;
