Abstract
abstract: the paper deals with an annual model for the public sector of austria. the model describes the budgets of state, provincial and local agencies as well as that of the social insurance system. moreover, it covers the connection between the public budgets and the system of national accounts. the model is suitable for forecasts and simulation studies of the impact of different fiscal policy measures on the austrian economy.;
